Each player is permitted one ad777 account only. Duplicate accounts result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast.
All bonuses and promotional offers at ad777 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods detailed in each offer's individual terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.3 ad777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, access the ad777 platform, or participate in any game or sportsbook market. This age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all Players without exception. ad777 conducts CNIC-based age verification during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a Player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The ad777 platform is intended for use by players accessing it from jurisdictions where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. ad777 does not represent that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.
3.3 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.
3.4 Exclusion List. ad777 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to register Player Accounts or participate in any promotional offers.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold one registered Account on ad777 at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances across all associated Accounts.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to provide your legal name exactly as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ad777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ad777 support immediately.
4.4 Account Currency. All ad777 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard are all credited in PKR. There is no multi-currency option.
5.1 ad777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts as part of its obligations under its international gaming license. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request.
5.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC verification at ad777 requires the following: a clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back), proof of your registered Pakistani mobile number, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered mobile number and name). Additional documents may be requested at ad777's discretion for enhanced due diligence.
5.3 Processing Time. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawal requests are placed on hold pending successful verification. ad777 will not process any withdrawal to an unverified payment method.
5.4 Failure to Verify. If a Player fails to provide the required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documents provided fail verification, ad777 reserves the right to suspend the Account, restrict access to funds, or close the Account in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ad777 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and Cash Over-The-Counter (OTC) via designated agents. All transactions are processed in PKR.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at ad777 is Rs 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit, though ad777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for large deposits in accordance with AML obligations.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa credit to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect during business banking hours. ad777 does not charge deposit fees.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at ad777 is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been used for at least one deposit on the Account and that has passed KYC verification.
6.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. First-time withdrawals from a new Account are subject to full KYC verification before processing, which may extend the processing time.
6.6 Same-Method Rule. ad777 applies a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. If the original deposit method is no longer available, the Player must contact support to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal route.
6.7 Bonus Balance Restrictions. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. Only the Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds that have completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw an active bonus balance before wagering completion will result in forfeiture of that bonus.
7.1 ad777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and sportsbook promotions. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total PKR amount that must be wagered using the Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirement fulfilment. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Validity. Each bonus has a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period are forfeited automatically. Validity periods are specified in the individual promotion terms and are typically between 7 and 30 days from bonus activation.
7.5 One Bonus Per Player. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per CNIC, per mobile number, and per shared IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple Account registrations constitute a breach of the one-account rule and will result in Account suspension.
7.6 Abuse Prevention. ad777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including (without limitation) placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
8.1 All casino games available on ad777 — including slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Andar Bahar — are operated by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates under an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures the statistical randomness and fairness of every game outcome.
8.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the ad777 game lobby. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical payout rate of a game and do not guarantee any individual Player's return in any specific session.
8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction in any game — including connectivity loss, software error, or incomplete game round — ad777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify the game state at the time of malfunction and apply the most appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager amount to the Player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. ad777 accepts no liability for losses arising from malfunctions caused by the Player's device, internet connection, or power supply.
8.4 Game Rules. The specific rules governing each game — including minimum and maximum stake limits, side bet rules, and payout tables — are published within the individual game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to review the applicable game rules before placing any wager.
9.1 The ad777 sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC events, and bilateral series), as well as other sports. Sportsbook wagers are subject to the general Terms and the specific sportsbook rules published on the platform.
9.2 Acceptance of Bets. ad777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it believes a bet has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
9.3 Odds Changes. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are indicative and subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement govern the settlement of that wager. ad777 is not liable for odds changes between the time a Player selects a selection and the time the bet is confirmed.
9.4 Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the relevant market is determined, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance, except where the sportsbook rules specify an alternative settlement procedure.
9.5 In-Play Betting. In-play markets are offered on selected events. ad777 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed before an in-play market suspension are settled on the confirmed odds at time of placement, subject to the event outcome.
10.1 ad777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Players via the Account Settings menu with immediate effect:
10.2 Players who request a self-exclusion will have their Account blocked for the nominated period. During self-exclusion, the Player may not register a new Account on ad777. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account are a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all Accounts with associated balances returned.
10.3 ad777 will not market to Players who have activated a self-exclusion or who have been identified as vulnerable through the platform's responsible gaming monitoring processes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ad777 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and (where applicable) reporting to relevant authorities:
12.1 ad777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ad777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where such action is required for compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ad777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, and to offset any outstanding debts owed by the Player to ad777.
12.3 Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, at the Player's own request or due to the withdrawal of ad777 services from a market), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.4 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ad777 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed prior to Account closure.
13.1 All content on the ad777 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and the ad777 brand name — is the intellectual property of ad777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
13.3 Any unauthorised use of ad777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
14.1 The ad777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ad777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad777 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including (without limitation) losses arising from: platform downtime or unavailability; game or software malfunction; delayed or failed payment processing; or the Player's inability to access their Account for any reason.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ad777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.4 Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gambling activity. ad777 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred on the platform by any Player.
15.1 ad777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 ad777 processes Player data for the following primary purposes: Account management; KYC verification; payment processing; fraud prevention; responsible gaming monitoring; regulatory compliance; and (where the Player has provided consent) direct marketing communications.

16.1 ad777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a notice displayed on the platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated.
16.2 Your continued use of the ad777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.4.
16.3 It is your responsibility to check the ad777 Terms and Conditions periodically for updates. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the current version in force.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ad777's international gaming license is held.
17.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ad777 platform should first be raised with ad777 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ad777 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ad777's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service designated by ad777's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR service are available on request from ad777 support.
17.4 Nothing in this Section 17 prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
